We worked with our sister business PSONA to deliver two Regaine-branded iPhone apps for their Regaine for Men and Regaine for Women products – these were segmented as the products are used in different ways, and typically women and men have a different customer journey for hair-loss products.
The apps measure the extent of the user’s current hair loss, recommend the best Regaine product for them, and then monitor their progress over the coming weeks and months. It’s extremely important to use Regaine twice daily, so these tools help users stick to their regime using convenient reminders and alerts. The apps are iOS native.
In addition to the apps, we created a series of programmatic digital ads for Regaine for Women as part of an SEO-based targeting programme in partnership with WebMD. The initial set of adverts were aimed at “normalising” the issue of hair loss for women and directing users to visit the website. These users were then re-targeted once the website was visited, with a more direct, purchase-driven set of adverts driving the user to their key sales partner (Boots).
